What do i get when i purchase a report
When you purchase a report, you gain access to a comprehensive set of real estate insights for the building you’re researching. This includes: An Interactive Dashboard – Customize your view by adjusting date ranges and exploring sales trends. A Printable PDF Report – Ideal for sharing or saving key insights. A CSV Export – Download all available sales data for further analysis. Your purchased reports will be accessible in the "My Reports" section of the menu for 330 days.

📌 Note: Our sales data represents transactions post-2017 in British Columbia. While we also track building permits, coverage varies by city. If we’re not yet monitoring permits for your selected building or city, let us know—you can help shape our coverage!

What types of data are included in a report?
Each report includes: Sales Data – Transactions for the selected property, dating back to 2017 in British Columbia. Permit Data (if available) – Construction, renovation, and development permits. Interactive Tools – Customize date ranges and export data in CSV or PDF formats.

What if permit data isn’t available for my property?
Our permit tracking varies by city and building. If we don’t currently track permits for your selected property, let us know! You can request permit monitoring for a specific area in the "Request an Address" section of the menu.

Can I download the report?
Yes! You can download a printable PDF or export the raw sales data as a CSV file for your own analysis. It is on the top right of the report after you purchase it.

How long do I have access to my purchased reports?
When you purchase a report, you have full access for 30 days. After that, the report will remain in your "My Reports" section, where you can repurchase it anytime to get the latest data. 📌 Need updated insights? Simply repurchase the report to refresh your access and stay up to date!

Do you cover properties outside of British Columbia?
Currently, our reports focus on British Columbia, but we are actively expanding. Let us know if there’s a region you’d like us to include!

How do I get started?
Getting started is simple!
1️⃣ Enter an address in the search bar or locate a property directly on the map.
2️⃣ If the property is available, purchase a report and gain instant access for 30 days.
3️⃣ If the property isn’t in our system, you can request it through the "Request an Address" section in the menu—we're always expanding our coverage! Once you’ve purchased a report, you’ll find it in the "My Reports" section, where you can explore interactive data, download a PDF, or export a CSV.
